Who is Kimba designed for?
Kimba is designed for adults who struggle to fall asleep or stay asleep, especially those with racing thoughts at bedtime, light or anxious sleepers, and people looking for an alternative to medication or supplements. It is also built for people who have tried other sleep technologies that only track or report on sleep, without actively helping improve it.
Am I required to use the Kimba app?
The Kimba app is required for setup, but it is not required to activate or use the device on a daily basis. We recommend using the app for the optimal experience and to better understand how Kimba is supporting your sleep.
How long does it take to notice improved sleep results?
Kimba is designed to learn your unique sleep patterns and adapt over time, so results may not be immediate. Most users begin noticing improvements within the first few nights of use, while more meaningful and lasting sleep pattern improvements typically develop over several weeks of consistent use. As Kimba continues to learn and adjust to your sleep habits, its effectiveness can improve over time.
Are the scents really 100% natural?
Kimba uses natural-origin, plant-derived scent formulations developed in alignment with ISO 16128 guidelines. While ingredients may undergo processing to ensure safety, stability, and performance, every formulation is designed to meet our high standards for natural-origin content, quality, and nightly use. The scents are water-based, cruelty-free, and free from parabens and sulfates.
Can my partner use the same device?
Kimba is designed to be subtle and precise. It releases scent only at specific moments and for short periods of time, so it does not continuously fill the room like a traditional diffuser. In clinical testing, sleep partners typically reported either not noticing the scent or experiencing a positive effect.
Kimba is intended for personal use. For the best experience, we recommend that each partner use their own personalized device.
